Refund Policy

This policy explains our general approach to refunds for products and services offered by Starbyte Studio LLC. Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.

1. Purchase-Specific Terms Apply First

For any paid product or service we offer, the specific refund terms and eligibility will be described at the time of purchase or in the applicable order confirmation, invoice, or service agreement. Those purchase-specific terms govern your refund.

2. Physical Products & Connectivity Services

For physical or connectivity products (such as those offered through LarkSim), refund and return eligibility is described on that product's store and at checkout, and may depend on whether the product has been activated or used.

3. Digital Products

If and when we offer downloadable digital products directly, and a purchase-specific policy does not state otherwise:

  • If a product has a significant defect or fails to function as described, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it, including a refund where appropriate.
  • Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds after a product has been downloaded or accessed are generally limited to documented defects or material misdescription.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at admin@starbytestudio.com with:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The product or service you purchased.
  • Date of purchase and order reference, if available.
  • The reason for your request.

We aim to review refund requests promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are always happy to work with you to find a fair resolution, which is usually faster than a chargeback.
