Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans (Pro and Team). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- Pro Plan: Full refund within 14 days of first payment.
- Team Plan: Full refund within 14 days of first payment.
- Starter (Free): No charges, no refund needed.
- Annual Plans: Full refund within 14 days of purchase date.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You retain full access to your plan until the end of the paid period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days after the 14-day window.
- Cancellation does not delete your data — you can reactivate at any time.
- Downgrading to the free plan is always available at no charge.
3. One-Time & Digital Product Purchases
For one-time purchases of digital products, templates, or licenses:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product has a significant defect or fails to function as described.
- Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are generally not available outside of a documented defect.
- If the product does not match its description, we will issue a full refund.
4. Exceptions & Special Cases
We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund outside the standard window if:
- A technical error on our end caused a duplicate charge.
- Your account was charged after a confirmed cancellation.
- The product was materially different from what was advertised.
- A service outage lasting more than 72 hours affected your paid period.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at admin@starbytestudio.com with:
- Your account email address.
- The plan or product you purchased.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful).
We process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in account suspension and may take significantly longer to resolve than a direct refund request. We are always happy to work with you to find a fair resolution.
