These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Starbyte Studio LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Starbyte Studio LLC is an online-first digital products studio. We design, build, and operate online products, websites, and software tools (collectively, "Services"). Some products and tools may be offered in development, prototype, beta, early-access, or internal-testing stages. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree not to use our website or Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software.

4. Purchases & Payment

All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided by Starbyte Studio LLC are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You retain ownership of any data or content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and process that content solely to provide the Services you requested.

Your use of our website and Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starbyte Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first; please contact us before taking other action.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
